Becky Prescott played a crucial role in helping me navigate the closing process. We had unique circumstances that turned into minor challenges involving busted pipes the day before closing with a less than cooperative seller and seller's agent . Becky as well as the Better Homes and Gardens-The Masiello Group legal team thwarted attempts by the seller and seller's agent to force me to close on schedule before hiring inspectors/plumbers and contractors to assess the situation and pay for damages incurred while still in seller's ownership. The closing date was pushed forward by 3 weeks but worth the extra time to make necessary repairs before closing. Sometimes even "professionals" in the business need to be reminded of basic reality laws and Becky and her team was there to do the negotiations for me.
