We can't say enough positive about realtor Philip Sloan. To begin with, we were living in Arizona and decided to move to Maine. We had questions about closing issues and Maine's realty laws. We contacted a few realtors and found their response less than helpful before we reached Phil. Phil without any sales pitch or expectation of compensation took the time to answer our questions. A month or so later our home in Arizona sold. Because of our positive interaction the month before, we again called Phil. We explained our situation, one being having six dogs, we needed to find a home in a city without limits on the number of animals and also to close quickly. Phil made this all happen in 5 days. Over the next couple of years, we contacted Phil a few times with other realty question, he was always very helpful, so naturally when we decided to move back to Arizona, Phil was our realtor. Again we were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a top notch realtor. Larry and Kara Gamble
