Philip was totally awesome ! We were looking for a summer home to be near the kids, so naturally we live out of state. He helped us find several houses the was in our price range. We started to make and offer on one but out of the blue a house we had been lookin at previously, that went off the market was offered to Trulia for a day. Needless to say we jumped on it and made an offer that day and it is now ours. Philip went above and beyond to help us close on it. He handled everything we are so thankful for having ham as our agent. If we ever need an agent Philip will be the first and only agent we will call.
